Kendra Antony, MA RCC (4581)
Hi, I'm Kendra (she/her), Registered Clinical Counsellor and owner of Hope Stone Counselling. I’m so glad you’re here.
Since 2006, I’ve had the privilege of being invited into people’s lives to offer support through life’s more difficult moments. Through the years, I’ve worked with individuals of all different backgrounds, ages, races, cultures, religions, genders, and sexual orientations. I adore the complexity and diversity of the human experience and I find myself constantly inspired by my clients. I’ve witnessed a lot of suffering and a lot of healing. I’ve had the honour of watching people grow into who they want to be and at times I’ve literally watched people grow up. I’ve belly laughed one hour and sat with someone in their deepest despair in the next. I love this work.
I think of therapy as a safe and healing space where you can show up totally as you are. An hour just for you. No judgements, no expectations, just support, guidance, and skills to help you through it. My therapeutic style is holistic and trauma-informed and rooted in authenticity, compassion, intuition, and good ol neuroscience. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Adlerian Theory, Art Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Embodiment Practices, and Poly-Vagal Theory.

Beyond the therapist chair, I’m a mama and wife, queer and feminist, an advocate of the silly and a celebrator of the weird, a comedy and true crime nerd, ocean and forest lover, Buddhist-leaning, and an amateur yogi.
