Clinical Counselling
There are many reasons people may seek counselling. Depressed mood, feelings of distress and anxiety, a troubling life event or change, building pressure and overwhelm, or perhaps just the recognition that something feels off. You deserve to feel better and counselling can be an important step in getting you there.
Counselling is a collaborative process focused on helping people to improve their mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical health. Techniques used in counselling can vary but often involve exploring historical issues, thought patterns, beliefs, and behaviours, addressing and responding to specific problems or challenges, facilitating the development of new coping skills, and providing a safe and supportive environment to process difficult emotions or life events.
